Shipping & Returns

Printing
Every print is made to order and checked before it leaves. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

Delivery
Prints ship unframed, rolled in a tube, by tracked delivery. UK delivery is £25. Rates for Europe and the rest of the world are shown at checkout.

Orders outside the UK may be charged import duty or tax on arrival. This is paid by the buyer.

Damage
If your print arrives damaged, email studio@rachellsmith.com within 7 days with photos of the print and packaging. I’ll send a replacement.

Returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email studio@rachellsmith.com to let me know, then return the print in its original tube and condition within 14 days. Return postage is paid by you. Once it arrives, I’ll refund you in full, including the original UK delivery cost, within 14 days.
