Her subjects include Stephen Graham, Cate Blanchett and Twiggy, whose portrait sits in the National Portrait Gallery’s collection.
Celebrated for her down-to-earth approach and collaborative nature, Rachell’s work is defined by its emotional depth, innovative lighting, and the space she creates for her subjects to embrace the unexpected. Her images aim to challenge convention and celebrate innovation, expression, and the art of image-making. With a career spanning over a decade, her work has featured in publications such as Vogue and Vanity Fair.
In 2024, she founded DEFINED Magazine, a platform for creative freedom, where she collaborates with renowned talent and top creative teams to produce editorial stories that champion artistry without limits.
Rachell works globally and lives in the UK with her daughter and husband. She is also a committed advocate for mental health and chronic illness charities, including Body & Soul and NASS.
